Autumn Fungi Walk

The girls have been doing a unit on fungi over the las week or so. Today the little one and I wend on a fungi hunt on Pirongia.
At this time of the year there is an abundance of fungi in our native bush, from mini gill mushrooms, to little coral fungi to giant bracket fungi.
